PRIVACY POLICY
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you please vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. However, if you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, then we will always endeavour to oblige, so please mention at the time of booking.
Payments
All major Debit and Credit cards are accepted. We also accept cash, however the booking and all incidental charges must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Bookings/Deposits
Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to full pre-payment and are non-refundable. It may be required that deposits are requested at times, subject to the date of booking and number of rooms reserved.
Cancellations/Modifications
If cancelled/modified up to 2 days prior to the date of arrival, then charges will not apply. If cancelled/modified within this period or in the case of no-show(s), the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For Public Holiday(s) or bookings of four or more rooms, the cancellation/modification policy is 7 days prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled/modified within this period or in the case of no-show(s), the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children
A number of rooms will accommodate a baby-cot at a charge of £10 per cot per night, excluding breakfast.
Additional Beds
A number of rooms will accommodate a z-bed at a charge at £20 per z-bed per night, excluding breakfast.
Car Parking
There is ample free parking available within our own grounds and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel, however an area has been made available within the grounds. An automatic cleaning charge of £100 will be made if any guest is found to have smoked in their room and charged directly to the credit/debit/charge card used at the time of booking/checking-in.
Keys
Loss, damage or the non-return of room key(s) and/or fob(s) will incur a charge of £100 per key and fob. This will be charged directly to the credit/debit/charge card used at the time of booking/checking-in.
Damage
In the unlikely event of any damage to the hotel, then charges will be applied to the credit/debit/charge card given at the time of booking/checking-in. All charges will be supported by copy invoices, to which 10% will be added to cover administrative costs.
